We are pleased to announce that Action for Integrated Development Ethiopia (AID-Ethiopia) has successfully conducted a two-day training workshop on local and international labor laws, rights, and practices from May 11–12, 2025. The workshop aimed to enhance the awareness and capacity of employers, workers, worker union leaders, key government representatives, women's associations, and organizations representing persons with disabilities in implementing local and international labor laws and rights in Manufacturing sectors. This initiative was made possible through the generous funding and invaluable support of the European Union (EU) and Welthungerhilfe (WHH). Their commitment to advancing labor rights and compliance has been instrumental to the success of this project.
